DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD is engaged in the business of conducting tour and travel services, holiday packages and does not control or operate any airline, neither own or control any hotel, transport, restaurant, or any other service.

We shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service provided by any agency, airline, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, tour operators who are DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD independent contractors.

We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD.

We reserve the right to amend, withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice.

The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.

All the customers are advised to check and verify their booking once they receive the e-mail of confirmation of their bookings from DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD.

Please contact us if there is any incorrect or incomplete information. In case of any changes, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger/traveller within 24 hour of the booking confirmation.

DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on its website at the time of compilation. However, as this information is supplied by authorized tour/cruise operators, accommodation and other service providers.

                                                  Additional Cost

The customers shall pay the expenses incurred by the DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD when requested for a personal tour guide service for purposes like guided shopping, extended city tour, etc.

All personal expenses such as laundry, room services, alcohol, telephone bill, SIM cards etc. are to be borne by the traveller and DK Rajan Travels PVT LTD will not be liable for the same at any point of time.

Costs like passenger/traveller's illness and injury, the return of lost baggage, valuables left behind because of personal negligence, will be borne by the traveller.

Passenger/traveller will be charged extra for any upgrade in accommodation or flight services.

Additional cost shall be paid by the passenger/traveller, if they wish to change a meal plan voluntarily from the meal plan mentioned in the holiday package.

Passenger/travellers will be charged extra for extended hotel stay.

The prices quoted/displayed on our website or have been calculated as per the rates prevailing.

The Company reserves the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in the various gross rates of exchange, or changes in fuel costs, hike in the airline charges before the date of departure and surcharge accordingly. All such increases in price must be paid in full before the departure by the traveller/passenger. Any Visa cost fluctuations will have to be borne by the passenger/traveller.

Early check-in or late check-out if requested at any hotel by the passenger/traveller then additional cost will be charged, which the passenger/traveller needs to bear.
